Customer Service

We are accepting resumes for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR)  Our ideal future team member is an outgoing individual with veterinary or pet industry experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional client care.

CSR duties include phone and email correspondence, appointment scheduling, client care and billing, managing flow of clients and patients, inventory, and maintaining a clean and orderly clinic. This position involves direct and indirect work with dogs and the occasional cat in a fear free, force free setting. Physical requirements include lifting up to 40 pounds, performing cleaning duties, exposure to pool chemicals, and assisting with patients when necessary.

Veterinary Technician/Assistant

Stride Canine Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Veterinary Technician or experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our stand-alone rehab practice. Current or pending Canine Rehabilitation certification is preferred, however we are willing to train the right candidate. Our ideal future team member can work independently to implement prescribed treatment plans, providing compassionate and force free patient care. Strong communication skills, a team oriented attitude, positive outlook, and sense of humor are valued attributes. Additional duties include client education, medical record documentation, assisting with consultations or procedures, and maintenance of rehabilitation equipment.  Physical requirements include lifting up to 40 pounds, frequent bending, kneeling or sitting the floor, performing cleaning duties, and exposure to pool chemicals.

Our 2300 sq ft facility offers underwater treadmill, diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound, Piezowave Shockwave, Class IV laser, therapeutic ultrasound, NMES, acupuncture, and a separate enclosed room for therapeutic exercise.
